This committee is part of the Health Care Cost Transparency Board (HCCTB). The purpose of the HCCTB is to reduce health care cost growth and increase price transparency.

An important part of the HCCTB’s work is using data to:
• Identify Washington’s total health care expenditure.
• Measure spending against the cost benchmark, which is currently being developed.
• Analyze cost drivers.
• Identify systems that exceed the benchmark.

If you are interested in being considered as a member of the Advisory Committee on Data Issues, please submit your name and qualifications to hcahcctboard@hca.wa.gov by April 29, 2021.
