Substance Abuse & Mental Health: Free Webinar with CEU

Forefront Suicide Prevention, a UW School of Social Work research and innovation center, is hosting a free, online webinar: "The Overlap of Substance Use and Mental Health." On February 27, 12:00 -1:00 PM, Dr. Jason R. Kilmer, a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences in the UW School of Medicine and an adjunct professor of psychology, will explore key connections between alcohol, drug use and mental health outcomes, providing valuable knowledge for professionals, educators and community members. This event has been approved for one continuing education unit by the Washington Chapter, National Association of Social Workers (NASW) for licensed social workers, licensed marriage & family therapists and licensed mental health counselors.
